PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable one server to perform uniform management by making it unnecessary to store the same content in a plurality of server storage devices. SOLUTION: A plurality of local servers LSs provide Web pages different from one another. A common content on the web page provided by the plurality of the LSs is stored as a global content in a storage device provided to a global content server GCS1. Contents specific to the Web page provided by each of the LSs are stored as local contents in the storage devices provided to each LS. When a request-to-send of the global contents is received from a user terminal, the contents are transmitted to the user terminal from the GCS1 and, when the request-to-send the local contents is received from the user terminal, the contents are transmitted to the user terminal from the LS.
