PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent noise by suppressing vibration occurring in a servo valve 100 when a large amount of working oil rapidly flows in the servo valve 100. SOLUTION: The directions of the control ports 184 and 186 of the servo valve 100 are moved close to the normal direction to the moving direction of a spool 160.Also the cross sections of the control ports 184 and 186 are set larger than the cross section of a pressure port 190.A chamfering or a radius is applied to the edges of openings 176 and 178.The ends of the small diameter parts 162 and 164 of the spool 160 are formed in R-shapes.The cross section of the first opening 176 is set larger than that of the second opening 178.
