PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trochoid pump capable of smoothly suctioning and delivering a fluid by preventing cavitation or a pulse by applying slight work to an inner rotor. SOLUTION: The trochoid pump comprises the inner rotor 5 having outer tooth; and an outer rotor 6 having an inner tooth of a trochoid tooth shape engaged with the outer tooth of the inner rotor 5. An enlargement gap part q of approximately crescent shape is formed at the tooth bottom 5b side of the inner rotor 5 at an engagement position of a tooth bottom 5b of the inner rotor 5 and a tooth tip 6a of the outer rotor 6.
