A rotating stamping jig has two press rotors (2) set at an angle to each other and carrying press tools (7, 8) facing each other, to open and close the press tools during each rotation. The press tools are located in swivel bearings which are connected via telescopic shafts to similar swivel bearings in control rotors (3) which are synchronised with the press rotors and are set at the same angle as the press rotors. The effect is that the press tools are brought together in a coaxial manner in an axis parallel to the rotor axis, to provide an even stamping action.
