PURPOSE: A rotary tape dispenser is provided to facilitate selection of an adhesive tape roll desired and replacement of a used adhesive tape roll and to prevent reciprocal adhesion between the adhesive tape rolls. CONSTITUTION: A rotary tape dispenser includes a container(1) and a circular rotating plate(2). The container has an inlet(111), an outlet, a base(11) with a pin(113) projecting inward, and a cover(12) separably fixed to the base. The circular rotating plate has a part exposed at the inlet and has plural cylinders(21) of center hole circumference and plural pairs of adjoining guideposts(22) along the periphery part, on the side facing the cover. The number of pairs of the adjoining guideposts is identical with the number of the cylinders. The rotary tape dispenser includes plural adhesive tape rolls(3) wound on the cylinders. Each adhesive tape roll has an open end withdrawn through a gap between each pair of the guideposts. The rotary tape dispenser includes a blade adjacent to the outlet. The rotary tape dispenser withdraws the adhesive tape rolls to the outside of the outlet before the adhesive tape rolls are cut by the blade if the exposed part of the circular rotating plate is rotated to rotate the adhesive tape rolls till one of the adhesive tape rolls rotates to the outlet position.
