PURPOSE: A device for unfolding an awning having an awning tent is provided to install the awning tent on an upper side of a housing, and to unfold the awning tent wound on a roll tube of the awning when opening the housing, thereby preventing rainwater from flowing into an inner side of the housing. CONSTITUTION: An awning is installed by fixing wall brackets(22) on left/right sides of a central support located on an upper side of a housing. In ordinary times, the awning winds an awning tent(2), and expands width of the awning tent(2) when the housing is to be opened while raining. A roll tube(13) rotates in one direction while an operational handle(3) is inserted into a circular ring(19) located in a lower section of a gear box(17) located on one side of the roll tube(13). The awning tent(2) wound on the roll tube(13) gets loose by a rotation of the roll tube(13). The other side of the awning tent(2) widens an interval between a front bar(40) and the roll tube(13) when the awning tent(2) is expanded, in connection with the front bar(40).
