ALTERNATOR WITH BOBBIN OF FIELD COIL WINDING AND FIXING STRUCTURE

PURPOSE: An alternator is provided to prevent the lead-in end and lead-out end of the field coil from being unwound from the bobbin. CONSTITUTION: An alternator comprises a rear bracket and a front bracket; a stator interposed between the rear bracket and the front bracket; a rotating shaft supported by bearings of the rear bracket and the front bracket; a rotor fixed at the rotating shaft, wherein the rotor has a bobbin wound with a field coil(53); a commutator arranged at the end of the rotating shaft; and a brush assembly contacting the commutator. The bobbin includes a plurality of first protrusions(542) protruded from a flange(541) of the bobbin; and a second protrusion(543) arranged in the vicinity of the first protrusions. The field coil taken at the first protrusions is constrained at the gap formed between the first protrusions and the second protrusion.
