PURPOSE: A PDA device having a windup spring charging function is provided to charge a PDA with electricity at any time and in anywhere. CONSTITUTION: In charging a main body of a PDA with electricity, a windup spring is used. The battery device using a windup spring is mounted in the main body of PDA or an additional jacket unit. In the case that the battery device using a windup spring is mounted in the main body of PDA, if a battery power is exhausted, a windup spring charging is tried for converting a mechanical energy into an electrical energy. The converted electrical energy is charged as a battery power in the PDA. In the case that the additional jacket unit is used, the jacket unit tries a windup spring charging, a mechanical energy is converted into an electrical energy, an interface unit formed in the jacket unit is connected to a battery unit of the main body of PDA, and a power charging is tried.
