PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of an integrated cable chain and the integrated cable chain are provided to minimize vibration, a friction noise, and dust of a bent portion followed by rectilinear or curvilinear reciprocating movement, while securing the minimum weight. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an integrated cable chain comprises steps of integrally extruding a body forming side plates(S1); forming cutting lines by cutting the upper parts of the side plates of the extruded body at regular intervals(S2); and boring through-holes in the side plates near a bottom plate centering around the cutting lines(S3). In the body, the side plates, forming cover ribs preventing separation of a lead-in cable, are integrally formed on the sides of the bottom plate. In the extrusion step, partitions are integrally formed to the upper end sides of the bottom plate between the side plates(S1a).
