Luminous diffusion and/or variable transmission Electro actuated system comprises a functional film (1) comprising electrically conductive layers (2,3). This film comprises polarized particles or liquid crystals associated to dichroic dyes in suspension in a medium. Degradation of at least a part of these elements by photo reduction is prevented.
