Die rocker (1) comprises a feed (3) for the product-treatment fluid; an additional feed (18) for an apparatus-cooling fluid; an outlet (4) for the apparatus-cooling fluid; and a switching device (5) assigned to the outlet and for opening or closing the outlet. The switching device can be automatically switched by an apparatus-cooling fluid pressure which controls the operational state. Preferred Features: The amount of apparatus-cooling fluid is switched via a raised cooling fluid pressure by means of the switching device.
