<p>Process for coating the inner surfaces of gas turbine blades with diffusion protection layers comprises reducing the pressure in the coating chamber by gas suction and refilling with halide gas with a rise in pressure. Process for coating the inner surfaces of gas turbine blades, with or without simultaneous outer coating, with diffusion protection layers comprises using an inert and/or reactive process gas, a halide as activator and a metallic material as donator in a chemical vapor deposition (CVD) process. At the coating temperature, the pressure in the coating chamber is reduced by gas suction and refilling occurs with a rise in pressure up to the ambient pressure with halide gas for the direct formation of coating gas with the donator material.</p> |
