The surveillance security system includes a base housing being adapted to be mounted upon a bracket which is attached to a building structure; and also includes a support base being disposed in the base housing and having a plurality of disc members; and further includes a pedestal assembly being mounted upon the support base; and also includes a monitoring assembly being mounted upon the support base and upon the pedestal assembly.
