<p>The present device is related to an electronic accessory that produces a preset interval of time, which works after being activated by the electrical power, thereby producing a required time delay before initiating a detonator. The device includes two input terminals for receiving the electrical power; two storing devices connected to the input terminal so as to receive and store an electric power load, which is useful both for a counter system and a shooting system. The counter system is connected to a storage battery and integrated to a voltage regulator. The invention includes an oscillatory circuit for generating pulses of time and a transducer that couples the plurality of counters to a commuter in order to release the energy to output terminals, but previously passing by the shooting circuit. The output terminals are connected to an ignition device, which is protected by a plastic sleeve and activated upon passing the electrical power after the preset delay time, thereby initiat ing the detonation of the first and second explosive charges of the detonator. The invention further comprises polarity correcting circuits and voltage regulators. The Hybrid Electronic Accessory for generating preset time sequences is manly used in the mining and civil construction industry for removing earth, both for underground and surface blasts; said accessory providing output time sequences for the different drills that include the aforesaid accessory.</p> |
