A display frame (1) composed of a plurality of interconnected frame members (2a) is provided for releasably holding a complementraily shaped display panel (13) of generally polygonal, and typically rectangular, shape. The display frame has at least selected sides of the polygonal shape, and generally all of them, defined by a frame member that has held laterally captive relative thereto a locating member (3a) that is movable in a plane generally parallel to that of the frame between two terminal lateral positions, namely, an operative position fin which an edge of the loocating member projects laterally outwards from the frame member to operatively hold an edge region of a display panel captive relative to the frame, and an noperative position in which the locating member is at least partly retracted laterally into a channel provided in the frame member to allow for introduction and removal of a correspondigly shaped display panel to or from the frame. The invention also provides a composite moulding that can be cut to form frame members to be interconnected to form a frame as described. |
