PURPOSE: A motor generating system is provided to prevent fuel consumption and production of toxic substances including nuclear wastes. CONSTITUTION: A motor generating system comprises a start power unit, a power switch unit, a sequential power input unit, a motor, a time difference motor, a power transmission unit and a gear. The sequential power input unit has a time switch for operating motors. The power transmission unit drives a turbine/generating device, and the electrical energy generated by the operation of the turbine/generating device is converted into an electricity suitable for the operation of the motor. The motor operates by the electrical energy produced by the operation of the motor.
