PURPOSE: A method for preparing liquor using apples is provided. The liquor has red color and distinctive apple flavor, and effectively removes a hangover and headache. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing liquor using apples comprises the steps of: selecting apples; removing rot parts from the apples; washing the apples to remove remaining agricultural chemicals; pulverizing and extracting the apples; inducing the extracted solution of the apples to be red; adding aspartic acid, honey and sugar into the solution; mixing rice and corns and pulverizing the mixture; adding water into the mixture and heating it; cooling the mixture; adding germ barley into the mixture; extracting the mixture; heating the extracted solution; mixing the heated solution with the apple solution; adding malt into the mixture; adding a harmful bacteria removing agent into the mixture; fermenting the mixture and filtering it; and inserting the fermented liquor into a bottle.
