PROCESS FOR APPLYING TRANSPARENT LAYER ON METAL MESH FILM

PURPOSE: A process for applying a transparent layer on the metal mesh film is provided to enhance the application performance of mesh film, to control the application thickness and to reduce the loss of resin. CONSTITUTION: The process for applying a transparent layer on the metal mesh film comprises injecting a transparent polymeric resin solution on the metal mesh film using the nozzle injection mode. A circulating type or valve type ink-jet printer with a nozzle(3) is used for injecting. The nozzle(3) mounted on the printer has the diameter of 0.5 to 1 millimeters.
