PURPOSE: A coater roll for uniform coating of plated strip with resin is provided to improve product quality of plated strip by uniformly maintaining coating quantity of lower surface of strip according to thickness of the strip, thereby accurately performing resin coating of the plated strip. CONSTITUTION: The coater roll(1) comprises a roll body(10) rotationally installed on an upper base of the coating apparatus at which drip pan is installed so that the roll body(10) is contacted with the plating strip (S) to coat resin on the plating strip (S); a strip cohesive force variation part(30) comprising a plurality of magnet means(32) for variably close adhering the plated strip to coater roll part using corresponding magnetic force according to thickness of the plated strip to the inner side of the roll body(10), and a plurality of supporting bars(34) for supporting the plurality of magnet means(32); a guide body of revolution(50) which is equipped with guide grooves(52) supported to the supporting bars(34) by passing the supporting bars(34) through the guide grooves(52), and which is rotationally installed at both sides of the roll body(10) on the upper base; and a magnet supporting bar fixing body(70) on upper and lower parts of the inner side of which electromagnet means(74) is installed in such a way that the electromagnet means(74) is closely adhered to subsidiary magnet installed at an end part of the magnet supporting bars(34) passing through the guide body of revolution(50), and which is installed at both sides on the upper base.
