PURPOSE: An acryl copolymer resin composition for the vibration damping material of vehicles is provided, to improve vibration damping property and lightweightness. CONSTITUTION: The acryl copolymer resin composition comprises 30-47 parts by weight of a water-soluble copolymer of an acryl resin and a butadiene rubber; 15-25 parts by weight of mica; 20-35 parts by weight of calcium carbonate; 10-15 parts by weight of talc; 1-2 parts by weight of an anti-sagging agent; 3-5 parts by weight of a dispersant; 1-2 parts by weight of a bubbler removing agent; and 10-15 parts by weight of water. Preferably the water-soluble copolymer comprises 15-20 parts by weight of a methacryl-based one with a molecular weight of 2,500-3,500 and a glass transition temperature of 50 deg.C, an ethyl meta-based one with a molecular weight of 6,500-8,500 and a glass transition temperature of 30 deg.C, and 5-12 parts by weight of a butyl acryl-based with a molecular weight of 12,000-15,000 and a glass transition temperature of 15 deg.C; and the water is an ionized water with a resistance of 1 MegaOhm or more. |
