PURPOSE: A method and a system for providing a movement path including time information are provided to confirm an optimal movement path suitable for the condition of a client and transmit confirmed movement path information to the client. CONSTITUTION: Condition data are received from a client through wired and wireless communication networks for providing movement path information(205). The condition data are confirmed(210). Prediction movement paths are extracted according to a starting place and an arrival place of the client(215). Current traffic situation information of at least one or more movement paths is confirmed(220). A movement path capable of arriving to be suitable for an arrival time inputted by the client is extracted among at least one or more movement paths with reference to current traffic situation information(225). The extracted movement path is transmitted to the client through the wired and wireless communication networks(230-255).
