PURPOSE: A tapping device of melting furnace and a molten metal heating device are provided to extend life cycle of discharge cylinder and safely and easily perform discharge of material to be melted over a long period of time, and a tapping device of melting furnace for efficiently melting the material to be heated by arranging induction heating coil on the circumference of discharge cylinder or discharge port and effectively heating a material to be heated over the whole molten metal channel is provided. CONSTITUTION: In a tapping device(10) of melting furnace connected to the body of a furnace for heating and melting a material to be melted and equipped with a discharge cylinder(100) having a channel(111) for discharging molten metal(6) in the furnace body(2) and a heating means for heating molten metal in the discharge cylinder to discharge molten metal by guiding molten metal in the furnace body, the tapping device of the melting furnace is characterized in that the heating means comprises a graphite electrode(191) exchangeably arranged on a channel of molten metal of the discharge cylinder, and an induction heater(190U) installed outside the channel of molten steel of the discharge cylinder to indirectly induction heat the graphite electrode. In a molten metal heating device of melting furnace mounted on a discharge cylinder for discharging molten metal in the furnace body with being connected to the furnace body for heating and melting a material to be melted to heat molten metal in the discharge cylinder, the molten metal heating device of the melting furnace comprises a graphite electrode exchangeably arranged on a channel of molten metal of the discharge cylinder, and an induction heater installed outside the channel of molten steel of the discharge cylinder to indirectly induction heat the graphite electrode.
