PURPOSE: Provided are a paclitaxel composition for the intravesical treatment of bladder tumor and a preparation method thereof, thereby easily dissolving paclitaxel, forming no precipitation of paclitaxel and treating bladder tumor effectively. CONSTITUTION: A paclitaxel composition for the intravesical treatment of bladder tumor is characterized by containing 4-90 wt.% of at least one monoglyceride compound, 0.01-90 wt.% of at least one kinds of oil, 0.01-90 wt.% of at least one kind of emulsifier and 0.01-20 wt.% of paclitaxel, based on the total weight of the composition.
