PURPOSE: A fan shroud is provided to reduce costs and achieve improved protection ability for radiator tank by eliminating the procedures for mounting a seal or protector. CONSTITUTION: A fan shroud(10) comprises a motor support unit(11) for supporting one or more motors; a fixing unit(12) radially connected from the motor support unit; a housing(13) for interconnecting ends of the fixing units into a circular shape; a hood(14) formed of a flat plate having a predetermined curvature and extended from the housing in such a manner that the hood is attachable to a radiator(19); and a cover(15) extended from the top and bottom of the hood in such a manner that the cover protects a tank(16) of the radiator when the shroud is coupled to the tank.
