PURPOSE: Provided is a dental-whitening patch attached with multi-layered hydrogel matrix containing active ingredients which have dental whitening effect. It is minimized in oral cavity stimulation, and maintains whitening effect for a long time. CONSTITUTION: A dental-whitening patch attached with multi-layered hydrogel matrix is characterized by forming multi-layered hydrogel matrix between a protection layer of the exposed part and a protection layer of the attached part. The multi-layered hydrogel matrix contains 0.01-40.0 wt.% of a whitening component, 0.01-70.0 wt.% of water soluble adhesive, 0.01-10.0 wt.% of a neutralizing agent, 0.01-5.0 wt.% of a cross-linking agent, 0.1-5.0 wt.% of an emulsifier and 0.01-1.0 wt.% of a stabilizer.
