PURPOSE: A precompression dispenser is provided to improve precompression characteristic, to minimize an entire housing size and an amount of liquid being pumped, and to ease pumping. CONSTITUTION: The precompression dispenser(100) for precompressing liquid inside by a primary compression and for dispensing the liquid by a secondary compression includes a cap(200) for sealing main body of the dispenser(100); a cylindrical housing(300); a piston(400) having an internal vertical passageway for liquid; an opener/closer(500) having a conical rod on the top to be adhered to the lower entrance of the passageway, and many ribs on the side in contact with the housing(300), and being combined with a cylinder; and a spring(600) situated between the lower inside of the housing(300) and the inducing ribs.
