PURPOSE: A rocket launcher is provided to easily mount a rocket on the rocket launcher by enabling the rotation of the rocket without the restriction of movement of the rocket. CONSTITUTION: A rocket launcher is composed of a support rest(81), an upper plate(87) installed at the upper part of the support rest, and a ball caster(82) installed between the support rest and the upper plate. A rocket is placed on the top of the upper plate. The ball caster supports the upper plate movably. A stopping unit stops the upper plate from moving on the support rest excessively, and includes a through hole(81a) formed at the support rest, and a clamp screw(87) installed at the bottom of the upper plate and inserted into the support rest.
