PURPOSE: A flat type color CRT is provided to decrease the reflection of an external light, avoid the influence due to the external light, and shield effectively electromagnetic waves by forming a thin film layer with a conductive layer in 4 stacked layer structure. CONSTITUTION: A reflection film is formed by stacking a first conductive layer(1201) including ITO components, a first insulating layer(1202) including MgF2 components, a second conductive layer(1203) including ZrO2 components, and a second insulating layer(1204) including MgF2 components in order on a circumference of a reinforcement glass attached to a circumference of a panel or a circumference of a CRT. The total thickness of the reflection film is selected from 100nm to 200nm.
