PURPOSE: A forming apparatus for forming a bended part on steel sheet in fire door fabrication process is provided, and a fire door fabrication method for improving working efficiency in fabrication of the fire door using the apparatus is provided. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a guide plate formed at a front end of the apparatus(1) in the state that width of the guide plate is determined according to size of steel plate(100) on which bending operation is to be performed so that the guide plate guides admission position of the steel plate(100); forming rollers(6) on which stepped parts are formed to form a bending part on the steel plate(100) introduced through the guide plate, and which is connected to one end of roller shafts(5) in the state that the stepped parts are formed in a reciprocally corresponding shape between upper and lower rollers(6) so that the forming rollers(6) receive rotational power from the roller shafts(5); roller housings(9) in which driving gears(7) are installed at another end of the respective roller shafts(5) in such a way that interlocking gears are engaged with the roller shafts(5) between the roller shafts(5) to transmit rotational power of the same direction; and a main motor(10) for transmitting rotational power to one of the driving gears(7) positioned inside the roller housings(9) through sprockets(11,13) and electric powered chain(12).
