PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing a lotus tea product by respectively roasting a lotus flower and a lotus leaf at low temperature and then mixing in a specified ratio. Therefore, the manufactured tea product contains the characteristic aroma and components of the lotus flower and lea. CONSTITUTION: A lotus leaf is washed, cut into 2 to 4cm, roasted for 6 to 8hr and then cooled. A lotus flower is washed, roasted for 1 to 3hr and then cooled. The roasted lotus leaf and flower are mixed in a ratio of 3 to 5:1.
