PURPOSE: A decoder circuit for an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) source driver is provided to improve the stability of a gray scale voltage by connecting a potential holder to an output node of a transistor stage to hold a potential of the output node to a ground potential when noise flows in from an outside. CONSTITUTION: Each of transistor stages(300,301,362,363) generates a gate driving voltage to an output node by a data signal and an inversed data signal. Each of gray scale voltage generators(400,401,462,463) generates a gray scale voltage according to the gate driving voltage outputted from the respective transistor stages(300,301,362,363). Each of potential holders(500,501,562,563) holds a potential of the output node of the respective transistor stages(300,301,362,363) in a constant potential when a noise flows in. The respective potential holders(500,501,562,563) are comprised of NMOS(N-type Metal Oxide Semiconductor) transistors(N11,N12,N13).
