PURPOSE: A channel edition controlling method of a digital television broadcasting receiver is provided to perform channel edition in the digital television receiver more rapidly and easily. CONSTITUTION: A channel edition controlling method of a digital television broadcasting receiver includes a channel rolling step(307) and a channel editing step(308). The channel rolling step sequentially displays a channel and a tuned image of the channel periodically. The channel editing step edits a corresponding channel in accordance with an edition item selected by a user while the channel is displayed. The kind of the channel rolled at the channel rolling step and rolling time are previously selected and set.
