PURPOSE: A variable EGR pipe is provided to prevent noises by absorbing vibrations caused due to the engine combustion, while reducing resistances against the fluid flow. CONSTITUTION: An EGR pipe(10) includes a plurality of diaphragms(14) inserted in a vertical direction into a space(13) formed between an inner surface(11) and an outer surface(12) of the EGR pipe. The diaphragm is made of a rubber resin having a flexibility. A semi-solid fluid having a damper function is embedded in the space, and orifice pipes(15) having predetermined diameters are arranged in the lengthwise directions of the diaphragms.
