PURPOSE: A method of playing an optical disc is provided to prevent a disc playing operation requested by a user from being temporarily stopped by the display of a menu screen. CONSTITUTION: When a plurality of optical discs are mounted in a multi-disc changer(S10), an operation of repeatedly playing all of the discs is performed(S11). The type of an optical disc a user wants to play is confirmed while the operation of repeatedly playing all of the discs(S13). When the confirmed type corresponds to a DVD(S14), a still operation according to navigation information of the DVD is omitted and A/V data corresponding to at least one title stored in the DVD is reproduced(S16,S17).
