PURPOSE: A sounding device according to the traveling speed of a vehicle is provided to easily inform passengers of the variation of the traveling speed by varying the kind and loudness of a sound according to the variation of the traveling speed. CONSTITUTION: A sounding device according to the traveling speed of a vehicle is composed of a speed sensor(10) detecting the traveling speed of the vehicle, a key signal input unit(20) inputting selected data on the kind and loudness of a sound into a memory unit(40), and a control unit(30). The control unit generates a control signal for controlling the kind and loudness of the sound sounded by a sounding unit(50) according to the data stored in the memory unit.
