PURPOSE: A method of fabricating an optical disc is provided to produce an optical disc with sharp edge having a uniform depth. CONSTITUTION: A photoresist is coated on a substrate(S101). The photoresist film is developed(S104). The photoresist disc obtained through the developing process is plated to form a stamper. Injection molding is carried out using the stamper to form discs(S106). A stopper layer is formed between the substrate and the photoresist film. The stopper layer is formed of SiO2.
