PURPOSE: Provided is a light transmittable glass mortar, which is constructed on roads with ease at a low cost, has traffic information which can be easily identified by a driver and represents a beautiful appearance. CONSTITUTION: The light transmittable glass mortar(1) comprises: 10-15 wt% of a light transmittable epoxy resin composition consisting of 40-80 wt% of an epoxy resin, 1-20 wt% of a co-reactant diluent, 10-40 wt% of a curing agent and 0.1-5 wt% of a curing accelerator; 0.1-5 parts by weight of additives comprising an epoxy concentrate containing 0.1-5% of a toner for developing color, a defoaming agent, a wetting agent and a coupling agent, based on the weight of the resin composition; and 85-90 wt% of transparent glass particles(2a) having a particle size of 2-8 mm, which is mixed with the epoxy resin composition(2) containing the additives and is coupled by the same epoxy resin composition(2).
