PURPOSE: A lifeline platform is provided to improve the structure and shape of the lifeline platform and thus, to ease installations of the lifeline in the platform even in a narrow place. CONSTITUTION: The lifeline platform includes a rectangular frame(30); guides(46) disposed at the outside surface of bolts fixed to second through hole(34) and performing a cloud motion; a supporter(48); a rope(64); and a coil spring(66). As for the rectangular frame(30), a first through hole(32) is vertically formed at both sides of a plane, a pair of second through holes(34) in two steps are formed around the center, and anchor bolts(36) are inserted into both sides of rear surface of the frame(30). The rope(64) is situated between bolts fixed to the second through holes(34), and the coil spring(64) is situated between the bolts fixed to the supporter(48) and the second through holes(42) for elastically supporting the rope(62).
