PURPOSE: A system and a method for offering a multimedia messaging service are provided to create multimedia data according to selection and request of a client, to process the multimedia data capable of using under an internal environment of a client terminal, and to offer it to the client terminal. CONSTITUTION: A communication interface(321) requests information for the second terminal(500) and the second terminal user to mobile communication companies(400-400n) by analyzing the data inputted from the outside, and manages the information received from the mobile communication company. A multimedia creating/processing part(322) creates the multimedia data according to the selection and the request of the first terminal user(100), processes the multimedia data based on the information for the second terminal and the terminal user, and pushes the processed information to the mobile communication company of the second terminal. A transmission/reception confirming/controlling part(323) confirms that the multimedia data is transmitted/received from the second terminal. A charge settling/managing part(325) carries out the business related to transfer, claim, and settlement of charge.
