MANUFACTURING METHOD OF HIGH BULKY POLYESTER FALSE TWIST YARN BEING FREE FROM TORQUE

PURPOSE: Provided is a manufacturing method of polyester false twist yarn which is free from torque and has high bulkiness, excellent crimp fastness and elasticity, thereby reducing a producing process and reducing production cost. CONSTITUTION: Polyester false twist yarn is obtained by the steps of: preparing two groups of polyester undrawn filament yarn; heating the filament yarn groups at 200-230deg.C, followed by drawing; manufacturing an S false-twist filament group and a Z false-twist filament group with an S-Z simultaneous false-twist disc; and then forming fine loops on each filament group for untwisting. An angle of false-twist is 50.4-58.8degree.
