PURPOSE: A method for transmitting EMS(Enhanced Messaging Service) data between mobile communication terminals is provided to add a part for interpreting bits showing whether to distribute the EMS data while exchanging the data between the terminals, and to control charged EMS data, thereby preventing the EMS data from being distributed free of charge. CONSTITUTION: A system completes connections between mobile communication terminals by permitting Bluetooth connections, selects data to be transmitted, and transmits the selected data. The system decides whether the data is EMS data. If not, the system transmits the data between the mobile communication terminals. If the data is the EMS data, the system decides whether bit states of the EMS data show prohibition against data distributions. If so, the system displays a warning message on a display. If the EMS data is capable of being distributed, the system displays transmission states of the data and distributes the data.
