PURPOSE: A method is provided to generate electrical energy by using vehicles traveling on the road while preventing damages of the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A panel(5) is arranged in the groove formed at a road(1). The panel has a top mounted with a rubber cover(2) for absorbing impact of the vehicle, and a bottom mounted with a spring(3) for allowing for elasticity of the vertical movement of the panel. The panel has a side surface equipped with a unit(4) for converting the vertical movement of the panel into a rotating motion of a generator. |
