PURPOSE: A two-stage vinyl glove processing device is provided to work a disposable vinyl glove using a two-stage molding device to improve the work efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A two-stage vinyl glove processing device is composed of a pair of supply rollers(3,4) for providing vinyl materials(1,2) having a double layer, feed rollers(5,6) for feeding the vinyl materials, press molds(7,8) forming glove shapes on the vinyl materials, fixtures(9,10) for supporting the press molds, moving tables(11,12) for moving the press molds in a vertical manner, a position adjuster(13) for disposing molded gloves, a draw roller(14) for drawing gloves out of the molds, a cutting unit(15) for cutting the gloves from the draw roller, a conveying roller(16) for moving vinyl plates(17) cut by the cutting unit, and a driver(18) driving the moving table.
