PURPOSE: An apparatus is provided to achieve improved productivity by permitting the magnetizing process and magnetization inspection process to be performed at the same time. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus(1) comprises a magnetizing unit(100) and a cutting unit(200). The magnetizing unit includes a case(104) accommodating a power supply unit(102) for supplying power to a magnetizer yoke(110), a roll feeding control unit(103) for controlling the feeding operation of a roll magnet, and an extrusion speed detection unit(160) for sensing the extrusion speed; the magnetizer yoke mounted on the case, and which forms a magnetic force at the roll magnet from the power supplied from the power supply unit; a magnetic field detection yoke assembly(134) for detecting magnetic fields of the roll magnet which is magnetized through the magnetizer yoke; and a roll feeding box(150) for controlling transfer of the roll magnet. The cutting unit includes a cutting and defective roll magnet treatment unit(210) for separating defective roll magnets and controlling the feeding speed by using a cutting speed sensor(260); a punching unit(220) for cutting the roll magnet into a predetermined size; a distance measurement servo control unit(240) for controlling the cutting speed of the punching unit and the rotating speed of a feed roller(221); and a container(230) having a defective roll magnet inlet door(231) and a non-defective roll magnet inlet door(232).
