PURPOSE: A tire reinforcing material attaching apparatus is provided to improve the entire layout of the fitting apparatus to be more compact, and to prevent separation of the reinforcing material from a material sheet. CONSTITUTION: The tire reinforcing material attaching apparatus includes a compressor(3) for compressing a reinforcing strip(2) provided from a reinforcing material supply reel(6) onto a material sheet(1). The compressor(3) has a hinge compression roll(8) that counteracts with an under roll(7), wherein the hinge compression roll(8) attaches the reinforcing strip(2) to the bottom surface of the material sheet(1) that passes through the under roll(7). The reinforcing strip(2) is separated into a film(2b) and a strip(2a) by a separator(4), and the film(2b) is wound around a film winder(5) via upper and lower guide rolls(9a, 9b).
