PURPOSE: A thin cylinder tube manufacturing method is provided which is capable of producing precision products without extra machining operation by performing reverse drawing process on a cylinder block formed through extrusion process, and a thin cylinder tube manufactured by the method is provided. CONSTITUTION: The thin cylinder tube manufacturing method comprises the steps of heating a raw material so that the heated raw material is melted and cast; extruding the melted and cast raw material so that the melted and cast raw material is formed into a cylinder tube having a certain shape; reverse drawing the extruded cylinder; heat treating and surface treating the drawing completed cylinder tube; and cutting the surface treated cylinder tube into cylinder block(4) having a certain size, wherein the thin cylinder tube manufacturing method further comprises the steps of cutting and surface treating the cast cap by casting a cap(6) connected to both end parts of the cylinder block; and assembling the cap into the cylinder block.
