BREAD BAKING MACHINE AND METHOD OF CONTROLLING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A bread baking machine and a method for controlling the same are provided to prevent any damage to the inner parts and motor due to an excessive load of dough stuff. CONSTITUTION: The bread baking machine comprises a body(1) forming an oven chamber and a parts chamber; a pair of kneading drums(11,13) being positioned, in parallel with each other, at a predetermined space in the oven chamber, rotating and reverse-rotating so that both ends of a mix bag including bread baking materials are wound; a drum driver(25) for rotating/reverse-rotating the kneading drums(11,13), the drum driver being positioned in the parts chamber; a sensor for sensing a rotation position of any one of the pair of kneading drums(11,13); and a controller for stopping an operation of the drum driver(25) when a rotation quantity is out of a tolerance while sensing the rotation position of the kneading drums(11,13) for a predetermined time.
