PURPOSE: A packing filler is provided to improve the structure of the packing filler and thus, to ease packing and to diversify shapes of the packing filler in dependence of items to be packed. CONSTITUTION: The packing filler includes a resin(10) formed on upper and lower surfaces in uniform sizes; a sealing frame(20) for sealing the upper and lower surfaces of the resin(10); many reinforcing sealing surfaces(30) formed by adhering the upper and lower surfaces of the resin(10); and an air injection nozzle(40) formed at one side of the sealing frame(20) through which air is injected or discharged. A bottom surface(51) of the sealing frame(20) is sealing grooves(50), and both surfaces(52), front and back surfaces(53), and the upper surface(54) are formed in one body.
