PURPOSE: A waterproofing agent, a sandless mixing type waterproofing agent and a construction method of the sandless mixing type waterproofing agent are provided, to obtain waterproofing, heat insulating and soundproofing effects by one construction. CONSTITUTION: A waterproofing agent comprises 50 parts by weight of silica and 40-50 parts by weight of cement as a base mortar composition for waterproofing; 3-7 parts by weight of a powder polymer resin having excellent weather resistance, adhesive strength and bending strength; 5-8 parts by weight of an aluminosilicate whose some silicon is substituted, wherein the silicon is anions and has SiO4 double bond connecting structure; 0.5-1 parts by weight of a melamine-based high superplasticizer; and 0.1-0.3 parts by weight of hydroxyethyl cellulose. The sandless mixing type waterproofing agent comprises 100 parts by weight of the waterproofing agent; and 5-10 parts by weight of pulverized sandless chips. Preferably the pulverized sandless chips have a size of 1-4 m/m. |
