PURPOSE: A method for managing bond is provided to reduce a business of a branch by making a centralized center collectively manage a bond document of each branch, and to facilitate the position confirmation, lend, request, management, and delivery of the bond document by forming and scanning a barcode on the bond document. CONSTITUTION: A branch receives and confirms the bond document needed for the loan from a customer(201). After scanning the document, the scanning data is transmitted to the centralized center through a data communication network(202). The centralized center examines the loan adequacy through the scanned loan document, and permits the loan if abnormality is not existed on the loan document(211). After receiving the actual loan document sent from the branch, the actual loan document is stored after confirming the accordance between the image document and the original document(213). When one branch requests the inquiry and the lending of the bond document, the centralized center offers the image of the actual bond document to the branch(214). |
